With headquarters in Toronto, Canada, we are a close-knit global team of about 20 specialist developers, quantitative finance experts and trading strategists. Our business is highly specialized and proprietary.

Since 2020 we have been scaling up with key strategic hires including an industry-leading Quantitative Strategist and Automated Trading Platform Developer, who in addition to a dedicated Automated Strategy Developer, are leading us through a period of high growth.

Our Founders

Our founders, Deepak Goel and Rejo Peter have been friends since their college days.

Deepak is Chief Strategy Officer at DeepR. He started his journey of trading / investing in US equity markets in 2008, and has since acquired a deep knowledge of market mechanics, and a portfolio of profitable trading strategies. His hard-earned knowledge and experience position him well to guide DeepR’s core mission and business strategy.

Rejo is CEO and lead product developer at DeepR. He has an inter-domain skill set in quantitative methodologies, data analytics, software architecture & design. He holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance (Schulich School of Business, Canada) and a Master of Science in Economics and Strategy (London School of Economics, UK).  His deep sense of intellectual curiosity and strong moral compass set the tone for an innovative but ethical approach to building financial technology.
